Terms of Service

1. Who we are

1. These Terms govern the digital services sold on wandasoulmate.com (the "Site").
2. The Site is operated under the brand Soul Mate Wanda by Soul Mate Wanda, ul. Edwarda Dembowskiego 7/59, 02-784 Warsaw, Poland, EU VAT ID PL9512656151, email wanda@wandasoulmate.com (the "Seller", "we").
3. You can reach us at the email address above.
4. Wanda is the Seller's brand character. Her words on the Site, in product descriptions and in the content delivered to you are a marketing creation and are not statements of a natural person of that name.
5. You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

2. Definitions

• Service / Product: personalized digital content prepared individually for you: a drawing (the "soulmate portrait") and, depending on the package, a written reading based on the details and answers you provide.
• Quiz: the interactive form on the Site that collects what we need to prepare the Service and shows you a short, non-binding preview.
• Order: the contract for digital content concluded between you and the Seller at a distance.

3. What we deliver

1. We prepare and deliver a personalized portrait and, in selected packages, a written reading. The exact scope of each package (portrait only; portrait with reading; color portrait with reading) and of each optional add-on (for example "When and where you'll meet him", "Your soul type in love", priority delivery) is described on the Site at the moment you order.
2. The Service is prepared from the details you give us (including your name, date of birth, Quiz answers and the questionnaire you fill in after purchase).
3. The portrait is a digital image created with artificial intelligence image tools following instructions built from your answers, in pencil sketch or watercolor style. It shows an imagined person. It does not and is not meant to reproduce the appearance of any real person; any resemblance is coincidental.
4. Readings and other texts are created with artificial intelligence text tools from your details and the interpretation rules adopted by the Seller. Every order, both the portrait and the text, is reviewed by a person before it is sent for consistency with the ordered package and for quality. We use tools from OpenAI and Anthropic; our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
5. The content of the Service is creative and for entertainment. We do not and cannot promise that the portrait will match the appearance of any specific real person or that any described circumstances will occur.

4. Technical requirements

1. To use the Site and receive the Service you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, an active email account and software that opens PNG or JPG images (the portrait) and reads text delivered in an email.
2. The Service is delivered as digital file(s) sent to your email address. We do not use DRM.

5. Prices and payment

1. Prices on the Site are shown in US dollars and are the total price for the given Service. The price shown next to a Service is the final amount to pay.
2. Optional paid add-ons are clearly marked and require you to actively tick a box that is unticked by default. If you do not tick it, you do not buy the add-on.
3. Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Available payment methods (for example credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link) are shown at checkout.
4. Your card statement will show the descriptor set by the Seller with Stripe.

6. Ordering and delivery

1. To order, you choose a package, go to the summary and confirm with the payment button. Placing the order and paying concludes the contract.
2. After payment you receive an email confirmation of the order.
3. After purchase you are asked to fill in a short questionnaire with the details we need to prepare the Service. Delivery time is counted from the moment we receive complete details and is usually up to 48 hours, or up to 16 hours if you chose priority delivery at checkout. The finished Service is sent to your email address.
4. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect details you provide are not the Seller's responsibility.
5. If you do not fill in the questionnaire, we cannot prepare the Service. We will remind you by email. Your 14-day satisfaction guarantee (section 7) still applies.

7. Satisfaction guarantee (14 days)

1. Because the Service is personalized digital content created to your specification and delivery starts at your request, the Service is not returnable once delivered. Instead, we voluntarily offer a satisfaction guarantee: if the Service you received does not speak to you at all, email us within 14 days of receiving it and ask for a refund, briefly saying why.
2. The guarantee applies once per customer and does not cover obvious abuse (for example repeated orders placed to obtain refunds). If we accept the request, we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 14 days, usually the same day.
3. If you paid but did not receive your Service within the delivery time in section 6, you may ask for a refund at any time before delivery, and we refund in full.
4. Please contact us by email first. A refund is faster and simpler for both of us than a card dispute, and we honor every justified request.

8. Problems with delivery (non-conformity)

1. We must deliver the Service as ordered. If the file did not arrive, is damaged, or the content does not match the package you ordered, email us with your order details and a description of the problem.
2. We answer within 14 days of receiving your message and, where justified, redeliver or refund.
3. A subjective opinion about entertainment content (for example that the reading "doesn't fit") is not by itself a delivery defect under this section; such cases are covered by the satisfaction guarantee (section 7).

9. Personal data

The Seller is the controller of your personal data. How we process your data, including purposes, recipients, retention and your rights, is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property and personal use

The portrait and reading are delivered for your personal, non-commercial use. You may save, print and share them privately. You may not resell them or present them as your own commercial work.

11. Governing law and disputes

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy under the law of your place of residence.
2. If a problem arises, contact us at wanda@wandasoulmate.com first. We resolve almost everything by email.

12. Final provisions

1. We may change these Terms for important reasons (for example a change in the law or in the scope of services). Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in force on the day of the order.
2. These Terms apply from the effective date above.
